I've been able to disable and remove the Retail Mode application on most of the devices, but two of the devices (the v30 and the G7 Thinq) don't seem to allow it to be removed - it's effectively baked into the ROM (it can be stopped/disabled, but that doesn't allow for full access - each time the device is wiped it goes back into demo mode
